If you are booking a rental at FCG, payment is due at time of rental or before the rental date. No shows during rental times are responsible for payments if the athlete does not show up. Confirmation of number of athletes must be at least 24 hours in advance. If you do not give a 24 hour notice of athletes not coming, the full amount of the rental will still be owed.
