Registration Opens February 3rd!

Registration will occur during desk hours:

Monday: 4:00-7:00 p.m.

Tuesday: 4:00-7:00 p.m.

Wednesday: 4:00- 7:00 p.m.

Thursday: 4:00-7:00 p.m.

Friday: 4:00-7:00 p.m.

Saturday: 9:30am-1:15 p.m.

• Between February 3rd-and February 17th, FCG will be taking IN PERSON registration ONLY. On February 18th FCG wil resume taking email and phone registration.
  New Members:  To register, fill out the program application, membership packet, and participation wavier (available for download under forms tab).
• ALL forms must be completely filled out to reserve your child's spot.
• All forms must be in PDF form only if you are emailing them over.
• These forms can be e-mailed, mailed, or faxed to FCG . If e-mailing forms please scan and attach to e-mail as a PDF. No screenshots will be accepted.
•  Forms can also be dropped in the mailbox at FCG during registration hours.

• All payments are due at time of registration.
• Returning Member: If you are a returning member you do not need to fill out new forms unless your child is moving up a class. If they are moving up to a higher class, only a program application will be required.
• Class placement will be confirmed with you by staff.
• Class sizes are limited, be sure to register early to confirm a spot for your child.
• Athletes are allowed two (2) spectators inside the lobby each week. Tot Twisters are allowed one(1) adult participant each week.
